In August 2009 our daughter Rose took us to Choma in Zambia for a visit to where she had been working for 6 months in a primary school, teaching English.
On that visit we met the Mwapona HIV/AIDS Support Group and they taught us how to make bricks.
We helped them with their literacy classes, through the medium of Welsh Cakes!
We worked with a local charity, Primach, which aims to support families through education, child sponsorship and small business ventures. (Here Amos is chatting to some of the sponsored children.)
We were introduced to the school - the Mochipapa Road Pilgrim Wesleyan School.
