This time we went in November and the rainy season had begun, so there were no literacy classes since everyone was too busy in their fields and cultivating whatever small patch of ground they had for growing food.
The Mwapona Support Group were preparing for World Aids Day on December 1st.

We attended the school prize giving day at the end of their academic year.
During this trip, we began to have chitonga lessons so that we would be able to speak a little more than simple greetings. Our success in this has been variable, although we couldn't have had a better teacher!
